“Been using Enduro Protect for 5/6 months now. I work as operational Watch Commander and travel around the world engaging and training with fire brigade experts. There is a big variation of Particular Protection out there. I was washing within the hour, I was using D-Wipe, I was decontaminating, using special soaps in the shower but I was still having that smell on my Body and I could feel Heat stress.
I use the Enduro Protect Baselayer. I’ve got the top, I’ve got the trousers and rig trouser and station polo (all made with the same material). It helps with heat management and I cool down really fast, I don’t feel that suppressive heat in the unit vs the thick multi-layer. It dries really fast and the biggest thing for me I always used to have the smell.

Another element is around PFAS, these products don’t contain PFAS. Wash really good, strap up really tight and kit goes over top of it. I wear it a lot in the gym as well its actually really comfortable and I wear it around the house.

“The CFBT session was more challenging than normal as we had a student that didn’t react quick enough resulting in a very rapid rise in temperature (runaway). As instructors we a well-practiced and able to bring the container back to required conditions, however doing this we have to act quickly and take some additional heat. We also had some reassessments resulting to further added exposure time.
Myself and the other two instructors running the session were all trialling the enduro and all agreed we weren’t suffering from the added exposer of heat and felt comfortable following the session, far less sweaty and feeling ok. In our current garments we feel we all would have been feeling far more fatigued following this session.
