Once you are satisfied with our products, we have a meeting to finalise the range and establish a rollout plan.

ACCOUNT AND SETUP

At this stage we setup all your buyers and the invoicing system to match your requirements.

YOUR BESPOKE PORTAL IS CREATED

The agreed range is added to your portal, by department or product type and the correct branding and locations for each site/product are setup in the background.
All buyers are added to the relevant branches and/or correct departments. They are notified with their temporary password and login details.
Our portal gives you complete peace of mind, that what you order will comply and be consistent with what’s been agreed for your site.

FREE TRAINING SESSIONS FOR YOUR PORTAL

We provide comprehensive free training conferences via Teams/Zoom. We will guide you through the simple 5-step ordering portal process to ensure you and your buyers know the portal inside and out. This enables us to get to know your team and ensure the transition is a smooth one.

WORKWEAR ROLL OUT AND DELIVERY

At this stage we implement the agreed roll out, visiting all sites to ensure each staff member has the correct workwear for their department and that they are comfortable with the product sizing. Whilst on site the order is created and divided up to each staff member through our Personpack System. The order is then processed and delivered. The packages are labeled with the contents and wearers names. Customers love the Personpack facility as it removes admin hassle and enables you to track each persons order. Find out more here.

ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE

Here your dedicated account manager will have regular meetings with the your management team at HQ and site level to ensure the stations have the agreed Uniform in place for each department.
